I am intrigued by the philosophical question we all face in this short life, “How do we reach our full potential in work and life?”

This has shaped the topics I research and write about including:

  • Managing a career strategically over a long period of time to deliver impact from your unique expertise and realize the wealth that can provide freedom.
  • Health – mental, physical, and spiritual – is a two-way street. You experience a boost when you are doing work you love. To do work you love at your full potential, you need to feel great and approach life with a growth mindset.
  • Product management to build products that create amazing value. The most important product of your life is you – we all have something to sell.
  • Technology to save time and amplify the impact of a great product. My focus is on tech to start, scale, and automate businesses.

To cultivate perspectives on this question, I synthesize strategies from books I’ve read and my personal experiences over the last 30+ years.
